Questions people ask about RCON Console Server Admin Tool

Which servers does it work with?
Any game server that speaks the RCON protocol. You need three things from your host's panel: the address, the RCON port and the RCON password.
Where do my passwords live?
On your device. There is no account and no server of ours in the middle — the app connects straight from your phone to your machine.
Is it only an RCON console?
No. There is an SSH terminal, an FTP client, TCP ping, a port scanner, Wake-on-LAN and a raw TCP terminal, so you can look at the box itself and not just the game.
It will not connect — what now?
Two things are usually missing: RCON is not enabled in the server config, or the port is not open and forwarded. TCP ping tells you whether the machine answers, and the port scanner tells you whether that port is reachable.
Can it switch a machine on?
Wake-on-LAN sends the magic packet. It works when the packet can reach the machine — same network, or a router that forwards it — and when Wake-on-LAN is enabled in the machine's own firmware.
Does it run on the Mac?
Yes, on iPhone, iPad and Mac, with the same server profiles, themes and exported logs.

• Scheduled commands are here, and they work: repeat a command every few minutes, or fire it once a day at a set time, while the console is open • Set a quiet window and the command will not be sent inside it — useful when your host restarts the server on a schedule and a save during the restart would roll the world back • The purchase screen showed prices in dollars that were not what you are charged, on plans that could not even be bought • The discount badge was a fixed "61%"; it is now worked out from the real price in your own currency • A free trial is only offered to people who can still get one, and it now shows its real length • The close button on the purchase screen was disabled for five seconds • A refund removes Pro instead of quietly switching it back on • The macros sheet in the console never opened
