These terms apply to Device Monitor. By installing and using it you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Device Monitor on devices you own or control, under the rules of the store you installed it from. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or attempt to extract its source.

Purchases and renewals

Some features are paid. One-time purchases are yours permanently on the account you bought them with; restore them with the Restore Purchases button. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and cancellation happens in your device's account settings, not in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies — we cannot issue them ourselves, but write to us and we will help you file the request.

What the app is, and is not

These are calculators and reference tools, not a substitute for a qualified professional, a code book, or an inspection. Results depend on the values you enter. Codes, standards and load charts differ by jurisdiction, by manufacturer and by revision. Always verify a result against the governing standard and your own judgement before cutting, bending, lifting, dosing or flying anything. You remain responsible for your work.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost work, damaged material or lost profit. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where the law does not allow that limit.

Changes and termination

We may update the app and these terms; the date at the top reflects the last change. We may stop distributing an app at any time. Apps you have already installed keep working.
